The hotel had a convenient location, walking distance to Beale Street, the Civil Rights museum, and great restaurants. The rooms were located across from the elevator and vending machine, slightly small without cleaning until late afternoon, and required paid parking. However, the service was accommodating to any issues, despite being hesitant to upgrade rooms. The dining experience was excellent, offering fresh and plentiful options. The facilities were decent.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and I could swear the room had never been slept in before. Though a bit small for the price, it was comfortable and adequate. The service was outstanding, with extremely courteous and professional staff. The location was superb, within walking distance of Beale Street and near plenty of good restaurants. The dining experience was basic but good, and the facilities were terrific.
